Where do we put the GraphRyder issues?

This is a question for @melancon and @Jason Vallet . I have been playing with the dashboard, and I have several questions and suggestions. Let's do this in an orderly way, though. Where do you want them to be?

If you ask for my opinion, I would create a GitHub repo under the opencarecc organization. Then we can use the issue tracker, and also we (Edgeryders) can help building up the documentation of the tool in the wiki. You two both have admin power in the organization.

I have added a fork of the repository graph-ryder-dashboard on the opencare account and opened the issue tracking, so it should be good to go.

What kind of documentation would you need exaclty? Some basic user manual or a in-depth description of the inner mechanisms?
