##How you can participate and still be eligible for paid travel to the big futurespotters event in Georgia in June.

Something that is almost as good as meeting in person is meeting on video. If you cannot make it to any of the events, and even if you can but want to both engage many people to your work AND increase your chances to get a hold of one other funded travel places at the event, there is something you can do from wherever you are. Submit a video interview of yourself or of someone you know is doing interesting work in Armenia, Egypt or Georgia. All you have to do is think about three questions and record your answers:

• 1.What you are working on/trying to do and what is the story behind

• 2.What obstacles you are coming across

• 3.How the obstacles could be worked around/ a concrete call for action from others who like the initiative (what I the viewer can do if I have 5 minutes, a couple of hours or a few days to contribute)

Upload it to a youtube account, tag it future spotters and embed it in a post like this one. The best posts that generate the most interest from other participants will be selected to be presented at the International event in Tbilisi and their travel costs will be covered by Edgeryders.

A small number of posts featuring stories from Armenia, Egypt and Georgia respectively will also be selected for publication, awarded 200 USD, and presented at a Twitter press conference organised by Edgeryders and the United Nations Development Program.

It’s a great opportunity not only to have your work acknowledged by your peers around the planet, but to make a valuanle contribution to our shared learning journey. Who knows, you may even come across alot of ideas and support from friends you didn’t know you had in different parts of the world.

But do it now. This is a huge logistical effort and the sooner people are selected for funded travel, the more people we can afford to invite. First come, first served. If you have any questions or need help:

How can community members in Armenia, Egypt and Georgia work with others who are not on location

• 1.Participate in the WEEKLY COMMUNITY CALLS for a shared understanding of the project development.

• 2.Work closely with other participants to craft and spread the news about the project among underground groups, welcome participants on the platform and re-share links. If you can help translating materials into your country language that would be great.

• 3.Join the 1-email-a-day list: online community builders will send out internal email to the entire team with key content + link to be pushed out simultaneously on all our channels; we can rotate so 1 person does it for a week or so, then another one. we’re not using third party services like mailchimp for this so just write to us to get the emails: nadia@edgeryders.eu

. إذا كنت لا تستطيع أن تحضر أي من هذه الأحداث، وحتى إذا كنت تستطيع ولكن تريد مشاركه عملك مع العديد من الناس وزيادة فرصتك في الحصول على احد تذاكر السفر الممولة لحضور هذا الحدث فى جورجيا، هناك شيء يمكنك القيام به أينما كنت. تقديم فيديو عن نفسك أو عن شخص تعرفه يقوم بعمل مثير للاهتمام في أرمينيا، جورجيا أو مصر. كل ما عليك القيام به هو التفكير في ثلاثة أسئلة وتسجيل اجاباتك عنها

1. ما هو المشروع/المبادره/ الحركه ….. التى تعمل عليها او تحاول تنفيذها؟ و ماهى القصه وراءها؟
2. ما العقبات التي تواجهك؟
3. كيف يمكن تخطى العقبات؟ /كيف يمكن للمهتمين بالمبادره ان يشاركوا ويساعدوا فى بناءها وتنميتها؟ ( مايمكننى القيام به كمشاهد اذا كان لدى 5 دقائق ,بضعه ساعات او بضعه ايام للمساهمه

وسيتم اختيار أفضل المشاركات التي تولد أكبر قدر من الاهتمام من المشاركين الآخرين لتقديمها في هذا الحدث الدولي في تبيليسي وسيتم تغطية تكاليف السفر عن طريق.”ايدجرايدر

كما سيتم اختيار عدد محدود من المشاركات من مصر وارمينيا وجورجيا للنشر و منحهم 200 دولار وعرضهم فى مؤتمر على تويتر منظم عن طريق “ايدجرايدرز” وبرنامج الامم المتحده الانمائى

انها فرصة كبيرة ليس فقط أن يتم التعرف على عملك بين اقرانك فى المجتمع الدولى و لكن لتقديم مساهمة قيمه لرحله تعلمنا المشترك.و من يدري، قد يأتى لك الكثير من الأفكار والدعم من اصدقاء لم تكن تعرفهم من اجزاء مختلفه من العالم

كيف يمكن لأعضاء المجتمع في أرمينيا ومصر وجورجيا العمل مع الآخرين الذين ليسوا على الموقع

1. المشاركة في اللقاء المجتمعى الأسبوعي الذى يدعوا لفهم مشترك لتطوير المشروع.
2. العمل بشكل وثيق مع المشاركين الآخرين لصياغة ونشر الأخبار حول المشروع بين المجموعات التى تعمل على الارض خارج التيار الرئيسى الترحيب بالمشاركين على الموقع نشر مشاركاتهم. إذا كنت يمكن أن تساعد في ترجمة المواد إلى لغة بلدك وهذه ستكون مساعده كبيره لنا.
3. الانضمام إلى قائمة البريد الإلكتروني” ايميل فى اليوم”: سبقوم بناة المجتمع على الانترنت بارسال البريد الإلكتروني الداخلي للفريق بأكمله مع المحتويات المحوريه + لينك لدفعك للتفاعل مع قنواتنا المختلفه. يمكن لهذا العمل ان يدور على اعضاء الفريق فيقوم واحد بهذا كل اسبوع ثم واحد اخر. نحن لا نستخدم خدمات طرف ثالث مثل
