Hi there and welcome to the EdgeRyders community! If you landed here consider doing two things:

First, you let your fellow Edgeryders know a little about yourself by sharing your story in a post below. What should we know about you that is meaningful and could help you get support from change makers all over?

Second, you get in touch with others by browsing the posts below (also see Projects) and, if you can, offer some useful advice or help. Just having somebody who listens and asks the right questions can unlock new, interesting thoughts that help us to move forward!

Happy reading, sharing and connecting :-)

Wow this is an exiting platform and (I am still figuering out) seemingly a pretty awesome network of pretty awesome people :).

Me I am Felix and I actually have a rather concrete thing that got me so exited about joining here: (see below)

My Journey So Far

I graduated as a civil engineer in 2014; majoring in environmental engineering. Thereafter, used the findings of my BSc thesis to implement a water treatment project in rural Bangladesh - one which drew national media attention, making me and my team overnight celebrities. In 2015, I completed my training of the Climate Reality Leadership Corps under Fmr. US Vice President and Nobel Prize winner, Al Gore, and since started working as a Climate Leader; presenting hard facts and evidences on climate change in various national and international forums.

A little bit younger fellow

I’m saying hello to everyone as I am a newcomer to this online community, kind of activity (theoretical to me, but also relevant at a higher level than I would have imagined) and to the “serious affairs” area (considering that I’ve never been to “work” before). I want to get into the community management side of this website and I’m currently involved in an internship with @Noemi (thanks, btw, for the opportunity :D ).

Feels good to be back! :-)

Olá Familia de Edgeryders: big hug to all and especially for the incredible persons that kept ERs going all this time! I'm grateful you are still around and kicking it!!!

I too have been away for a while (about 1,5 years?). During this time I was sucked in by big spanish telco called Telefónica. Worked on 2 projects as the leader of ux teams. These projects were:

Hello!

Hello everyone! My name is Amelia Hassoun, and I have recently joined the Edgeryders team to work on Op3nCare. I'm really excited to have joined the community, and am looking forward to listening to, reading, and sharing stories about healthcare experiences and creative, open, community-based solutions to issues in health and social care.
