European Commission paper on AI - Leaked

Hi all,

A couple of days ago this paper of the European Commission leaked, it outlines some of their digital strategy in broad strokes. Might be of interest to this community as they use familiar terms like “human-centric” focusing on technology development and regulation that prefaces European values.
