As far as the translation is ok, it sounds great. The hook, I guess is that you have to be registered as an NGO, and all running fees are on you. I can imagine saving a lot on electricity, heating and water - we have technologies for that - but how about communal fees, taxes etc.?
Anyway, we are happy to join temporarily anyone who may need to set up FreeLab-like unit in any European place (preferably warm)
