@Nica It is up to you. If you need me to create a list of gender of platform users from the 1st data batch. Let me know. (@alberto is right based on the grammar, and mostly their names, it is possible to know the gender of almost everyone) The question is, what analyses are we going to do with the platform data that were created before the interviews.
Hello @jitka.kralova and @Maniamana, I have produced files with the complete lists of forum users to be found in topics tagged with ethno-rebelpop-czech-interviews (56 people) and ethno-rebelpop-polska-interviews (43 people). This should make your work easier, you just need to assign the gender.

I filled in missing data, at itâs the entire corpus of 59 interviewees. From what I have counted, itâs 35 females to 24 males.
I only have 43. Could it be that there are interview that are not tagged with the ethno-rebelpop-polska-interviews tag? Right now, I see 52 threads with that tag.
Can you check that all interviews are tagged correctly? Itâs important that the data are tidied up, or all the visualizations will be wrong!
It is because the interviews missing are not yet transcribed/on the platform and coded:) I have not created threads for all the missing interviews, just those that are to be uploaded shortly.

Actually, no. @jitka.kralova, your table is blank: I generated the spreadsheet with the names, but you did not add genders. Please do so. I am adding some genders nore or less at random to test the code ad the completeness of data.

Yes, but thatâs a word document instead of a sheet that I can export as a CSV file. Also, it is not in the dedicated file where the other gender tables are. There is merit in keeping the data tidy, as this project is teaching us.

(1) Mania: when will you have these three (or is it four?) missing interviews transcribed and uploaded? Since our N is low, 3 out of 59 is 5%. Jitka: I understand the Czech corpus is clean?
(2) When Wojt and I started analyzing the preliminary visualizations yesterday, I realized - now with more clarity than before - that we have to provide (in an appendix?) a clear report of who is who among our interlocutors. I have no doubt, that here will come the first line of attack on our work. Luckily, the existing surveys confirm the main gist of our findings. On the other hand, we know that our original contribution comes from a âdeepâ analysis of semantic fields within which these people operate. And this begins to look extremely promising. But we have to be careful about what we can say and what we cannot say, give the mature of the data (which, of course, in many respects is very rich and - what truly matters - originally collected). @Maniamana Yes, sure. Please. I apologize for this âalarm,â but I am unable to check every corner of our project at the moment (I am working furiously on the general theory for the whole POREBEL). I just reiterated what Alberto said and requested, to make sure that we are al on the same page.
