In the PM of the 5/05 we consented to converting
- the 3 BR and the next door studio on the third floor of Obelix into a 2BR and a big 1 BR. and
- the 2 Oaktree studios on the 2nd floor of Asterix + 1 oaktree studio on ground floor of Asterix into a duplex 3 BR (link to the plans)
In that plenary Sarah asked to check with the architects if the recreation of the 3 BR is really necessary, as 2 BR will be more easier to sell than an extra 3 BR.
Today we rechecked with the architects if that would be possible, without endangering the introduction of the permit before end of June The answer was ‘yes’

this message if you consent to converting the duplex 3 BR in Asterix into
- a 2 BR on the 1st floor of Asterix +
- an extra studio (next to Marcels studio) on the ground level of Asterix
