You want a house of intellectuals in every limited-literacy region in your country, with well-organized interactions between them and the surrounding society, to make intellectual pursuits / studies attractive for the general population?
Totally unsure if I understood this right. It sounds interesting already, though. Could you give a step-by-step description of how this housing initiative would happen, for one example location and with examples for the awareness campaigns?

نقوم بزيارة هذة المناطق و نقوم بمسألة الشباب القاطن بها ثم نختار منهم و نفس الأمر من عدة مناطق مختلفة . ثم بدعم مالي نحضرهم لنزل و نحضر أساتذة مخطصين و متطوعين في الحياة الاجتماعية ليقوموا بالاحاطة بهم و عندما ينتهون يبقو على إتصال بهم … ماذا فعلتم ؟ هل واجهتكم مشاكل ؟ هل نجحتم ؟ ؟ إلخ

و يمن للقرية المفتوحة إعطاء الخدمات بالإحاطة بهم و مساعدتهم في تطوير أفكارهم و مشاركتهم إياها و تخصيص مجال فكري يفجر طاقاتهم و مجهوداتهم لفائدة المجتمع
