For the basic deed, we will need to hire a land surveyor to determine the ‘quote parts’. This is a prerequisite for the notary/for the contracts to sell lots from the current owners to the rest of the group. At a later stage they are also required for the statutes of the copropriété which define how much each household owns.
To determine these ‘quote parts’, the land surveyor doesn’t only need to know the dimensions of your unit, but also of your private storage space on level -1 of Obelix.
There is no obligation to take any private storage space, so feel free to say you don’t want any. (but please fill in the form anyway).
We had surveys about private storage wishes before. This one is final now, so please think twice before you fill this in. The deadline is to fill in the survey is 22/08/2026 20:00. I also invite the associate members to fill it in, there is no guarantee we will take your wish into account, it will all depend on what you fill in.
Some more info about the private storage space:
the minimum size of private storage space is 1.3 m2
if you want a space smaller than 5 m² you will need to share it with someone (see plans)
the individual lots are delineated on the plan with red dotted lines and coded by C and then a number.
we have a total of 88,8 m2 of private storage space available. With 21 units, this comes to an average of 4.2 m2 per unit. But don’t let yourself be influenced too much by this number. Some already have indicated to not want any, while others want quite a big space. We might also want some extra common storage to store the things we buy in common.
The default is to share your private storage space with a couple of other reeflings (1 to max 5 other reeflings). If you don’t want to share, please indicate in the survey and preferably take a big enough surface (see plans)
Reading up some of the answers in the survey, i have the impression there is unclarity on the question around the common storage space.
To give a little bit of background
Last year - during the avant projet phase, where we defined our budget for the casco and the commons - we decided to not foresee any budget for a common storage space. We would to leave this to solidarity funding.
So with the question in the survey, we want to know who would be willing to help funding it. There is no obligation, no justification needed why you do or don’t want to contribute.
What will this common storage space be used for?
• storage of extra chairs and tables
• bulk food purchases for common meals/the common kitchen
• storage of garden tools
• storage of garden furniture during winter
• storage of cleaning products/material to clean the commons
• …
Just adding my little calculation that even if we go for 10m² of common storage (on the big side of things, I guess) and split the costs among the entire group, it would come down to something like 800 euros per household - a quite modest sum for keeping the rest of the commons up and running I feel
Sorry if I missed something but we submitted a form and got no feedback whether the form was filled out and submitted correctly. Moreover, we omitted to make printout before submitting the form, so we would like to know whether we can get a copy of the form we submitted.
I suppose that it is very unlikely that the sum of the demanded storage space would be equal to the available space. What is the scenario when that is not the case? Will every demand be corrected by a factor, or will full members be served first and the remainder distributed among the other members. What happens in case of overbooking, namely that the sum of the minimum sizes is greater than the available storage space? And what will happen in case of underbooking, namely that the sum of the maximum sizes is less than the available storage space: will the remaining space added to the common space or will there be a second round to ask who is interested in more storage space?
I think you misunderstood what the question about the ‘common storage space’ was, but in any case, as you are an AM we won’t take much into account what AM answer on this question, as it is not sure yet whether you will apply for FM ship

this HC will make a proposal about the common storage (how big that will be) → for the PM of 25-08 or 05-09
they will also make a proposal about the approach to attribute the private storage space and thus will handle your question about ‘what if the sum of the demanded storage space isn’t equal to the available space’ / ‘will full members be served first and the remainder distributed among the other members’?→ for the PM of 25-08 or 05-09
following the approach defined in the above proposal, they will assign the different lots in the cellar to the different FM and to the 3 to be sold units → for the PM of 15-09 and/or 25-09
As AM you will be able to ask further clarifying questions and share your thoughts/concerns about all of these proposals in those PMs(but you will not have decision power).

Moving the storage space of Lee to C13-C15 which at the same time creates one big free space of 7,1 m2 (lot C33 C34 C35 C37 and C38) that will probably be divided in two separate cellar spaces, but to be evaluated when new FM(s) join.
