Flyers dropping

I am only back in Bxl on Saturday evening but if somebody wants to flyer together next week, let me know. I will anyway do Anderlecht next week.

For route 9, I do my shopping at Färm Jourdan and the Bio marché anyway and will check the Barn at St. Pierre - but could someone take over the Kapa bakery and Sugina shop the other side of Cinquantenaire? Thanks

Hey guys,

I imagine the poster is almost ready, and I see that there will be a flyering effort on Saturday.

Just a thought: can it be an option to bring a poster to l’Echappée? They are not so far from the site and they have a window full of posters.

@lee I printed some A4, A5 and A6 at the office but forgot to print A3… I will cut and bring them to the FM meeting on Monday 13/07, and ask who can pass by l’Echappée soon. @joannes Will you be able to follow up on the brochure reprint ( and maybe redistribute the remaining brochures that we still have among us ) as well as the poster printing ?

Hey
I did route 9 this morning, here is my feedback (@joannes ):

  • farm Jourdan: don’t take flyers any more unless validated by headquarters (apparently that’s a general rule now). So I guess that would be good to contact them (they also said that there headquarters are just round the corner above the barn, so maybe a good thing to go in person some day? @Sophie_B ?). Maybe that would also open up the way for some farm who refused in the past?
  • People at farm also mentionned the cultural center “Senghor” just round the corner. It was closed but I don’t know if it would be a good place to add on the routes
  • Bio marché : 1 left, added 7
  • Made an executive decision to add 4 in the library Hergé
  • The Barn Etterbeek : 0 left, added 4 on the wall, and 2 loose (not very visible so I didn’t leave too many). Very good place to put posters, there are 2 potential locations, inside and outside
  • Sugina: left 2 flyers that the lady is going to put in her window, but a poster would probably be better suited, although there is not a lot of room
  • Kapa: none left, put 8

Hi diligent flyer droppers and all of you still holding on to flyers. Can you let me know by Monday evening how many you still have left? We can then decide whether and when to reprint.
Also, is anyone short on flyers already?

@wenwei I can print up to A3 on my printer, even when out of town. Pick-up to be arranged. Say the word.

I don’t have any new flyers. I’m using old, very old and the first designed flyer for flyering at work and related buildings.

I can try to do route 8 this week. I don’t have any posters. Who could I get some from? @Wenwei or @joannes ?

Today, I dropped 10 flyers in Le Botaniste, rue Franklin 2, 1000 Bruxelles (very close to the metro station Schumann). They have a place where you can put flyers. Can be added to route 9.
