Could someone please take over the organisation of this event, as I won’t be making it myself. It’s really just venue and whether it will be potluck, takeaways, etc… It might be worth reminding people of the poll above on Signal, as I expect a few people are unaware of it…
For the meeting part, it’s quite nice to co-create the agenda together at the beginning
Finally, I would like to step down as the Full Members coordinator. It’s been a privilege, but I would be happy if someone else would take over the responsibility for this. This is one of the roles that we fill via selection process, so perhaps that could be an agenda item for a plenary in the near future, so that whoever is selected can start thinking about dates and format for 2026…

As to the venue, we can do it at our place. I’d love to have you over. However, I will not be able to match Lucia’s, Alin’s and Marius’ dedication to hosting and feeding you. Also, will not feel insulted by another venue being chosen.

Can children participate at this one ? Given it is during the weekend and is so close to end of year festivities.

I don’t see a problem at all for the children to participate for the dinner part.
However I don’t see how it would work for the meeting part, unless an adult is ok to ‘take care’ of the children, preferably in another space.
Is that what you meant with ‘can children participate’?
I was wondering if this has been done before Indeed, practically we would need a 1. superviser - we can sort this amongst the participating parents & 2. a room/place where they can play without disturbing the meeting part - @joannes - would that be possible?

@reef-facilitation : any one feels like facilitating the ‘meeting part’?
For those who haven’t been to many FM meeting, this is how it looks like normally (@ChrisM : feel free to complete),
- an appreciation part
- round on how every one feels in the reef at this moment
- based on the previous round or based on input given by a FM beforehand, have a discussion about a certain topic that lives
or like chris mentionned

Hi Els, thanks for organizing. What is the timing of the diner part and the meeting part? I have another activity on Sunday but I can stay at the brunch until 13.30 by the latest.

In the agenda it says it starts at 11:00 (and stops at 14:30).
so i would say meeting part from 11:00 till 12:30 and after that meeting
