With @Eduard and @Linggam joining , extra private storage space can be allocated. They’ve indicated to want a big as possible storage space.
The households first in line for the 3 BR indicated wanting a small or no storage space, so that might work well together (if they apply)
When writing the proposal about the private storage space, I had in mind to do that at the moment of the application, but the way it is formulated in the proposal, the attribution should be done in order of becoming FM, but it doesn’t mean it would need to happen now.
I would propose to wait till the 2 other households apply or till the notary imposes to communicate who takes which lots in the basement, to see what best works. With that applying the guidelines we applied for the other FMs, but giving priority to Eduard/Lingga wishes. This would mean they would have a storage space of minimum 3 lots (the others maximum 2 lots), but it might become 4 or 5 lots, depending on the others.

In our application for full membership, we specified that we are interested in C25-C26, based on the list presented during the plenary meeting of 25th August. Apparently, this information is outdated and this storage space has now been allocated to Sophie and Manoj. Now we opt for C33-C35 if that is still available.

The proposal indicated if people wanted to switch spaces with other or with the free zones, that was still possible within a certain time elapse. This was indeed done by Sophie/Manoj (for more details here is the conversation on edgeryders).
And this resulted in an update of the proposal after the PM.
C33 till C35 is still available and if that is your preference i don’t see a problem to assign it to you. I understood however from @Odile that you wanted a storage space that is as big as possible.
So what i suggest above is to wait still for the the 2 missing households and see what they would like as storage space.
Worst case scenario you will have C33 - C35 (5,1 m2 hallway included), but you might also have C33-C34 + C38 (a space of 6,4 m2, hallway included) or even C33-C34 + C37-C38 (a space of 7,1 m2, hallway included)
Is it ok for you to wait, or do you prefer to have C33-C35 and not more?

Many thanks for your clarification. When we told Odile we wanted the largest available space, we thought that we had to choose among 5 m2, 4.1 m2 and 2.7 m2 (if I recall well). So, C35-C37 with 5.1 m2 is enough for us and we would stick to that choice. Once again, thanks for keeping us posted.
