Install Annotator into edgeryders.eu and document how to do it

We want to base Open Ethnographer on Annotator (not on eComma any more, @Matthias is sorry for the mess … but eComma was not a good fit after all). So the task is here to install the existing Drupal integration modules annotator (frontend) and annotation (backend storage) on edgeryders.eu. Not on the live site directly of course, but on a local copy or on dev.edgeryders.eu. And then to document how to do it properly. There could be problems due to the complex site setup (Panelizer etc.), but hopefully not.

For the start, there is a fitting question and answer on Drupal Answers.

Excellent; good decision. Working with annotator alone should be much simpler than building an ecomma/annotator hybrid.

Documentation is in the manual now

Got the basic installation done without major issues, the Open Ethnographer manual contains the steps now. Some bugs remain: a strange image overlay for the on-hover state of the Annotator button, and failing to save tags (comment get saved though).
