We have received an other feedback for a site we sent for pre-feasibility. The architects haven’t sent back a full pre-feasibility, but said that the site was good enough and we should go ahead with a feasibility study (after visiting i guess).
What do you suggest ?

nous nous sommes penchés sur le site de Jette (chaussée de Jette).
nous avons pu voir l’historique de permis octroyés.
il y en a eu 2; une fois pour 25 logements et une seconde fois pour 19 logements.
c’était dans les 2 cas pour une surface de 2572 m2.
c’est un peu moins que vos attentes mais nous pensons que cela vaut le coup de développer une étude de faisabilité sur le site.
le prix est attractif et nous avons de bons contacts avec l’urbanisme de Jette.
cela vous convient-il?

I would say yes. Is it Team Building who normally takes the decision to do this (creating the CONSENT or OBJECT post)?

We’ll add it to the agenda of tomorrow’s meeting, and after that we will have a routine in place so we can move faster the next time.

In the meantime: @reef-building, is there somebody who can draft a text like the one we had for MOL-26? And/or even create a new post right away and go for it?
