Here my remarks:
- at the end i would add a free text field ‘anything else you want to share about this topic’
- if you answer ‘no’ to the question ‘are you planning to use the laundry room’ you are till obliged to fill in some questions later, that are not relevant for sb who doesn’t want to use the laundry room
- would only make the first question mandatory to fill in
- would indicate for those who fill in ‘no’ to the first question that they can skip all the rest of the questions and go to the last question question ‘anything you want to share about this topic’
- Do you currently own a washing machine?
- for me this question is redundant. The question that follows contains the answer to that
- If you would be willing to put your washing machine in the common laundry room, would you like to receive compensation? If so, please explain.
- if so, please explain: i would rephrase ‘if so, how much would you want for it’ (or what do you expect as an answer to your question?)

Related to your question about ‘when to send it out’. As there is no rush, I would maybe wait till we have the answers from the cohousings. We could then share this info with the group before they fill in the survey. And maybe also try to look up to pro’s and con’s about (semi-) professional machines and share this info before they fill in the survey.

–> I would keep it, don’t think it is redundant; the step-by-step approach in the questioning makes sense to me. Same remark for the dryer.

–> I would keep it as an open question; we don’t want to exclude possible answers beforehand. (E.g. sometimes people are just looking for recognition. They might be inclined to say they want a monetary return if there are only a few options.) Same remark for the dryer of course.
