Hei everyone. Thank you for the lively conversation and energy you shared yesterday. Here are the notes from the event.

@yannick For the follow-up event, may I suggest that the problem statement be narrowed down and made more specific (including known limitations)? Then everyone can contribute with best examples and ideas that they have seen succeed around them. Like @noemi said, it’s about finding solutions for the challenges you have come across, but there are other people facing the same challenges but are in a much less privileged and less connected place than you are. We can go on to poke holes in those suggestions where useful.
We can even split different events in the series by different aspects of the problem. The topics could be like:
-
Transitioning to a more local food scene
-
Helping the farmers - making supply chains shorter
-
Involving the community in food logistics
-
Helping the vulnerable - making our society (and its diet) stronger
-
Building a network around sustainability-focused restaurants
Cheers,
Puja
