Once again, thank you for being part of IC2S2 2021!
With this email we wish to send you some information regarding your presentation, including formatting and uploading your video.
PRESENTATION
You have until July 2 to update your submission title, short abstract (50 words max), extended abstract (2 pages max), and presentation video (12min +/- 1min). Note that the videos should be 16:9 in HD if possible.
Updating your submission, including uploading your video, is done via Easychair and by choosing āUpdate informationā and āAdd or update filesā. Under āUpdate informationā, you can also indicate your availability for the live Q&A. Please make sure at least one author is available for the live Q&A after the presentation of your paper.
The short abstract will be shown in the program of the online conference system and the extended abstract will be part of the conference booklet. The videos will be available to all participants throughout the conference.
REGISTRATION
For both papers and posters, at least one author must register by July 2. Note that the early rate applies only until June 21.
Paper presentations without videos, poster presentations without posters, and papers or posters without registered authors will be removed from the program after July 2.
PROGRAM
We will send a separate email containing information about the program and session assignments.

About easychair, we do not need your easychair credentials. I have the paper on my account and I can upload the required documents.
Will you register for the conference? I will not be available.
Working on the extended abstract. Author names and affiliations take lots of space. I rework the document and the text a bit but their awful style does not help.
On easychair, we have to check the availability for the Q&A session:
early: 10:00 or 11:30 Zurich local time (UTC+2)
late: 20:00 or 21:30 Zurich local time (UTC+2)
I have viewed Albertoās video. He cleverly designed it with a number of pause (marked using fade out/in transition to white). This will help to edit it. For some sub-sequences, I might reuse the audio, trash the video showing Alberto and replace it with images or diagrams.
We have a working session tomorrow with @bpinaud where weāll focus on producing the video.
