Huh, these are great finds. I added them to the list above. And I thought I have already seen everything relevant on GitHub 
Since they allow multi-day bookings, a commune could manage spare room bookings with these tools as well, not needing separate tools for room and inventory.
(@hugi might be interested in these two tools for The Hub, they could be more suitable than the lab management software.)
