  • and made a simulation file for AND-28 as the one i made for jet-14, taking into account the real prices of terraces and cellars: https://c301.nl.tabdigital.eu/f/137090
    for this simulation file, i added an extra input you can change if you want: the price of the land

What wasnā€™t correct?
The minimum and maximum price.
So for those going for the minimum price, with the correction you should obtain a lower amount
For those going for the maximum price, with the correction you will obtain a higher amount.

ps: will still adapt it one of these days, to include the calculations in case you would go for a studioā€¦
