Until now I have been financing the Meetup group from my own money (36 euro per month), and I would like to put an end to that now.
In view of the budgetting exercise for Q3-4 (see ASBL Financial Planning Q3/4 2025) can you please have a look at this, and make a proposal?
Options include asking Volta XL to take part in the costs, pay it all ourselves, or drop it.
