If the meeting of the 15th would be cancelled, I would prefer to have a short online meeting only for approving the accounts, so the signature process can start.

The plenary meeting on the 15th will be cancelled. If you like, we can do a back-to-back GA of the société simple and the ASBL, depending on how urgent it is that the accounts are approved. For the société simple we are looking at a weekend day in November, to be confirmed.

5. File the accounts

ASBLs need to file their accounts with either the Greffe du tribunal des entreprises or the Bank of Belgium. At the time of writing this is ongoing, so more information will be coming.

• Information in Dutch

The accounts have been filed with the Greffe du tribunal des entrepresis. You can find the document here: Compte de Résultats - The Reef ASBL (déposé).pdf - Nextcloud

To file the accounts, you need two copies of the above documents and a ‘Attestation d’identité pour le dépôt d’un acte de personne morale’ that you can find here (a copy of this document is also available at the Greffe, so you can fill it in sur place).
