Just a small correction: it’s @mieke who is also on the Board, not Ugne (see New ASBL board: the paperwork thread).
For the GA: shall we organise it just after the GA of the société simple? I reckon this should only take 10 minutes, so I figure it will bring ease if we can combine both.
