Sociocracy For All is organising an online conference on a topic that is bugging most sociocratic groups: “What does it mean to be accountable in a system without control? How do we navigate performance, expectations, and responsibility when we genuinely want to do well together?”
This is a topic that is very dear to me in how we work together in The Reef, so if anybody could be enthused to join me in attending the conference that would mean a lot. As always no pressure of course.
