To denote that a code needs review and to call attention to other ethnographers, add a * sign at the front of the code so it appears first in the code list. When you see that asterisk, resolve the comment that the other ethnographer has left and remove the comment as well as the asterisk.

I updated the manual above according to the development of the Open Ethnographer software in the meantime.

The biggest change is the projects feature, allowing different teams of ethnographers to work on the same content without interfering with each other. This replaces the #ethno-… Discourse tags that we used before as an improvised solution.

All existing #ethno-… tags have been converted to projects. No data was lost, but annotations in topics without any #ethno-… tag are now in a special project z–orphaned-annotations. If you find some of your annotations there and want them moved, tell me. (Or check here first, as this functionality might have been implemented meanwhile.)
