@reef-exploring, could you please fill in the poll in the first post in this thread to let us know whether you will be joining?
Then, on the proposals, a quick reminder that proposals that make it to a plenary meeting should ideally have been talked through and opened to comments ahead of the meeting. Therefore a kind request to @ChrisM (rooftop), @alberto (energy community) and @joannes (heat pumps, maître d’ouvrage) to make a post on your proposals ahead of the meeting if possible. TIA!

The intention is to have the proposal on Edgeryders and available for comment tomorrow (Wednesday) evening. It’s taking us longer than expected to find good information about what we’ll need, so that’s the best we can do…

- Energy community 2. This one has a glitch: it was counting on information that did not arrive yet.
- Signing process for authorizing payments of bills in Coral Reef.

Quick request just in case: for those who are reviewing, would it please be possible to start a new thread on the topic (if there isn’t one already) or else use the thread that exists on the different topics?
(pro tip: use the different categories - reef-finance, reef-building etc - to sort topics and find the one you are looking for more easily)

Hello @reeflings and @reef-exploring,
I would like to propose to cancel the plenary meeting and replace it with a social event.
The reasons are the following:

There’s not that many people who can actually make it (see poll in the first post).

The safety margin topic is cancelled, because it’s not mature.
-
Alberto and Joannes, the presenters of 3 topics (energy community, heat pumps and owners representatives) won’t be present. The latter two proposals would also merit from more precise data.

That only leaves the rooftop proposal, which has not been posted yet.
So I would say: we tried our best and it didn’t work out. Let’s save our energy and postpone the topics to the plenary of the 25th.
Those who have space to meet up for a social gathering are of course strongly encouraged to do so. I am imagining there are a couple of Exploring Members who would like to meet us in person (as the last two presentations were online).
I myself would like to take a pass on the social, as I have spent more time on The Reef the last couple of days than I can joyfully give. I hope that’s ok. I’ll see you on Sunday or else on the next occasion.
