The agende of Tuesday’s PM is ready and can be found in its usual place (The Reef shared folder/Team Reef/Plenary Meetings/Agenda and minutes)

• the proposal about the ‘go for the land surveyor’ is ready, link in the agenda

• the feedback of the coordination meeting. As the coordination meeting is happening tonight, an er post or sth will be added on Monday

• the 2 proposals about the storage space will be added Monday evening (or rescheduled to the next PM if that won’t be possible)

• for the review topic ‘How are we doing as a group’. A request to all , to think about what in the past year went well and we should keep on doing, and what should we try to improve. For associate members it can be giving feedback on the recruitment, buddying, onboarding so far,…

Already a quick update on tonight’s coordination meeting:

With regards to the selection of the circle leader: the coordination group consented that I will take over the role of circle leader until January 2027. While I am definitely a bit overwhelmed to take on this responsibility I am also looking forward to doing it for the next couple of months.

Lee and Els have kindly agreed to support me in this role as well so I think it will work out

Anyway you will be hearing from me in the coming plenaries as a representative of the coordination team as well as a facilitator!

In terms of updates for the different teams you can read some details in the minutes. They are in the usual spot: Login – Nextcloud .

With regard to the Reef retreat: ( Reef Retreat )

Lee will take some time during Tuesdays plenary to further explain the concept. You can also take a look here to get an idea of topics that are already proposed and to add you own feedback and ideas: Login – Nextcloud

In case anybody would be interested: I will be home before the meeting, so if anybody would like to come a bit early, you are welcome starting from 18:30. As always you are welcome to use the kitchen if you would like to eat something (though you’ll have to bring your own food).
