We have a plenary meeting scheduled on Monday 5 January 2026. This is the first working / school day for many of us, and it also comes before we are having some important meetings with the lawyer and the architects, so I am launching a poll to see whether it is possible to move it to the 8th of January.
With sincere apologies to those who can only make it on the 5th, I’d like to propose to move the meeting to the 8th, because there will be much more information to share.
We’ll make minutes, and we will most probably meet for another plenary meeting on 15/01.

There will be a short update on the discussions with the lawyer and the architects, followed by a proposal to pay for a lawyer. A second very short item will be on the re-launch of the Coordination Group, as an information point.
Given the weather and that it will be a relatively short meeting, the proposal is to hold the meeting online.
