Thanks a lot for that.

I’m copy/pasting a part of a private conversation we are having to the forum, to increase transparency and give everybody access to the exchanges.

For me, the document you shared yesterday comes a bit too early. I would rather wait and see what comes out of the meeting with the architects tonight.

I would also like my comments about the laundry room in Idefix to be treated as an objection (see Common spaces - where to put the washing area - #7 by Lee). If it turns out that there are people in TB who have an objection to the cellar, then the only option lefts seems to be putting it in Obelix as it is done in l’Echappée.

Questions to the architects:

  • How big is the multi-purpose room in l’Echappée (gros)? (I think 100 m²)

  • Is it possible to reduce the laundry room to 10 m²? (reference: the bedrooms in my apartment are 12 m² net)

  • Is it possible to bite off a piece of I1 and stick it on to the common living room as compensation (possibly for a guest room)?

  • What is the minimum surface area for a guest room for 2 people? And for 2 adults and 2 children?

We have had the meeting with the architects, and i don’t see how this now has an impact on these plans. It has an impact for the location of the buanderie, but that is a different proposal.

Like mentioned in another post, i have not been much on ER the last two days and i can not deal with all the information.

TB is taking into account your objection about the laundry room, but as i said, this is to be handled in the proposal of the buanderie. So for me the prefinal plans are to be read as

  • We consent on everything in these plans, except for the ground level of Idefix (which leaves open two possiblities.

  • with the proposal of the buanderie, we will define if it is version 1 or version 2 for the ground level of Idefix
