The poll says we will see today at 7PM 
Given the fact we are quitte on a rush (sorry, you see there are a lot to do in this period with the building permit, etc.) and the weather is quite uncertain today, I propose we meet at 7PM in front of the entrance of Sainte-Catherine Church on the Sainte-Catherine place.
In function of the weather, we will choose a terrasse or go inside of a bar, to drink/eat something together
