I’m not sure what you are suggesting? Make a pot luck lunch but not a potluck goûter? And have a FM meeting after the plenary instead?

I’ve been talking to team comlife and @Sterre about having a moment for more connection. And I’m not sure what form it is going to take, but I was thinking it would be an integral part of the plenary. It’s good to make space for these kind of things I think, they are important too… But I guess the agenda is too full?

Apologies for the lack of clarity, it’s a bit on me. The way I set up the agenda is such that we can hopefully stop a bit early (say 4 p.m.), so that we can then take a short break to recharge our batteries, and after that say have 60-90 minutes for a Full Members Dinner Without The Dinner led by Sterre (see Plenary meeting 15 February 2026 - #5 by Sterre). The end would then be foreseen by say 6 p.m. Based on the poll for the plenary itself I was hoping that this will be possible for most people.

Time is ticking away, so to keep options open, I’ll propose to people to bring a little something for a goûter, and then we can still decide together tomorrow afternoon how we fill in the time after the plenary. Happy to get anybody’s thoughts on this. Without further news I’ll make a post in the early afternoon.
