Maybe put it in the calendar on Nextcloud as well? I think meetings are supposed to be displayed there as well.

Is there an agenda?
I have a few items:

  • I would like to share the feedback from Matthias about the Emotional Springcleaning
  • I would like you to give me feedback about the organisation fo the Emotional Springcleaning session: what was good - what could have been better/different?
  • How are we going to proceed to define the purpose/roles of Team Conflict management (maybe there is even a better description, instead of purpose/roles?)?

Thanks for your agenda, Liesbet. I think we should also add the selection for the new coördinator (unless this is what you mean with ‘roles’).

Sorry @GaultierDWM, last meeting we rushed a bit through the end I believe, so am still not sure about how to create a link for an online meeting. Something through the proton mail…?
