I’ve checked with R&O and ok not to mention it any more in the newsletter.
But for the other updates (website, form, adds on samenhuizen), we would still wait till 10/10 for the update. (10/10 = the date where you will check with Dave where he is at)

That works. In that case I’m afraid you’re gonna have to chase Team External once more, because it looks like the ad on Samenhuizen still hasn’t been updated.

we had a R&O meeting tonight and here some things we want to share with some parties.

@reef-buddies : in yesterday’s coordination meeting we discussed briefly about transparency/some things that happen in signal chats that should happen on ER.
A request - if an EM or AM leaves the Reef- to ask them to write a goodbye in the ‘Membership update’ topic on ER, or write it yourself if they preferred not to. -
@LuciaM (as the person assigning new members to teams) @reef-buddies .
We’ve noticed that most/all of the recent ‘family’ households had both adults joining a team.
At the same time we hear the concern of those families that the The Reef will be too much, hard/difficult to combine with bringing up their (young) children.
We see also that with the families in The Reef, it’s mostly 1 parent participating in a team. Can you repeat what the minimal commitment is, and make sure they don’t feel obliged to join a team. They are very welcome to do so, but if this is not manageable with their caring duty it’s ok not to. They can always join a team later, or commit to small(er) but important tasks (flyering, joining a HC, one time things that need to be done ..) -
@Lee : we would like to plan a new online presentation, somewhere in the week of 9/11. Can you see what date would best suit you?

I can do any day except the Wednesday. And maybe ideally we keep the Thursday for a possible Board meeting?
