Just a quick message to mark the day that the revised permit file has been signed and sent. It’s been a very difficult period for many of us, and yet, when I look back on it, I think we should be really proud of ourselves about how we made it through

The file was ready already a week ago, but then got delayed because of a detail that got stuck with one of the technical experts, and after that because of a bug in Urban’s online application.
I tried to find the permit file (curious about the 3D renderings) but I couldn’t find it in the Stekke&Fraas folder on Nextcloud. Do you have access to it, Lee?
It’s on it’s way. @els will share the link once it’s there.
I think because of the issue with the Nextcloud links, the architects have lost access to their shared partitions/their old link does not work any longer. Tag @els @Lee

we got the message from urban that:
a correction/clarification about the above post:
the step ‘enquete public’ has not yet started and needs to be organized by the commune of Jette. This will probably only happen in september. (so no need to pass by the site to take pictures, as the posters are not yet up)
in the week of August 8th, we should receive the dates of the enquête publique (which will take one month) and of the commission de concertation
Hello @reeflings, heads up: we have been informed that the Commission de concertation that will deal with our permit will be either on 25 September or on 9 October. People directly involved in this process, be ready to step in please. Coral Reef’s board will coordinate this part.
The enquete publique itself should happen in late August-early September.

The enquete publique will start around the 17th of September and will last 2 weeks, till October 1st.
Is there anyone (@reeflings) living closeby who could pass the 17th or 18th of September to take a picture of the posters?
