My name is Shajara, and my biggest passion is care for humans! I am a member of the Inaugural Class at Minerva Schools at K.G.I., which is a wild experience, as we are piloting an entire university while living together in 7 cities around the globe. I also intern as the university’s Mental Health Services Program Coordinator for Berlin and Buenos Aries. This relates well to my deep passion for improving mental health understanding. In my free time I volunteer as a Crisis Counselor for Crisis Text Line and developing my skills as a storyteller and poet!
