Up until today, I have been supporting people and institutions in their development through coaching, team trainings, seminars and human resource development.

I worked as a trainer and seminar leader for programs of the Foreign Ministry of Germany (Auswärtiges Amt), the international United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) as well as for NGOs such as Caritas, Read Cross or Weitblick.

In this respect, I have been actively developing the ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse groups of people. Since three years, I am leading several seminars in order to support young adults in finding their future career path. My studies in Public Policy gave me a sound basis of understanding large systemic change processes and the ability to hold multiple perspectives through interdisciplinary research. Next to my studies, I specialized as a trainer in value assessment models, stakeholder engagement methods (Theory U) and intercultural mediation and negotiation.
