The connecting thread in the ten years of experience in the NGO sector has been building community capacity, working with neighbourhood initiative groups, action research networks, civil society support organisations and community foundations.

I work as a consultant focusing on designing participation processes & programs that build communities with purpose, collaborating with bold organisations who are stewarding community-led change.

I discovered Edgeryders in 2015 through Spot the Future Bucharest, under community outreach umbrella of the city’s bid for European Capital of Culture. Still in love with this complicated city.
