		<p><strong>Social Impact &amp; Innovation Consultant, artist and mother of 3 boys, Carolina&nbsp;</strong>designs, assists and advices programs and entreprenuers in optimization their impact in her country (Argentina), in her region (Latin America) and around the world. Her background in Business Administration, focused in development strategies for banking human resources, allows her to analize, design, implement, follow, evaluate and measure social scalable models.</p>

		<p>Between 1992 and 2002 Carolina worked for&nbsp;<strong>Deloitte, Citibank, Accenture and Galicia Bank&nbsp;</strong>(first national bank in Argentina) In the public sector, Carolina has experience as consultant to&nbsp;<strong>IDB&nbsp;</strong>(Inter-American Development Bank) in projects related to the government the city of Buenos Aires.</p>

		<p>In 2002 Carolina joined&nbsp;<strong>Ashoka&nbsp;</strong>Innovators for the Public, and for a decade she collaborated in building bridges between social and private sectors. She developed and led an innovative initiative: a network of social investors who devoted time, money, knowledge and contacts to leverage social entrepreneurs´ system changing models.</p>

		<p>She developed the International Cooperation area and coordinated strategies at&nbsp;<strong>La Usina,&nbsp;</strong>a social organization that envisions a change in the ways society relates to disability. Carolina colaborated in various scalability projects at&nbsp;<strong>Fundación Flexer,&nbsp;</strong>a social organization devoted to help children with cancer.</p>

		<p>Carolina is a member of the&nbsp;<strong>WE Alliance</strong>, a group of leading social innovators working in women´s empowerment all over the world, advocating for and supporting women´s progress, equality and justice.</p>

		<p>In 2011 Carolina cofounded&nbsp;<strong>ci2iGlobal&nbsp;</strong>- Co creation, Impact and Innovation Insitute - to shape, nurture, and influence change in global contexts. Ci2iGlobal works with bridge builders, changemakers, innovators, connectors, makers, and doers across the globe.</p>

		<p>In 2012 &amp; 2012, Carolina assumed the role of Executive Director at&nbsp;<strong>DISCAR Foundation</strong>, working for the social and labor inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in Argentina and Latin America. She led the EcA scaling at McDonald´s restaurants in Latin America (EcA social pattern changing model of supported employment for people with intellectual disabilities) Chile 2011, Brazil 2011-2012, Mexico and Colombia ´s proyects in the pipe line.</
