Caroline is a process facilitator and strategy developer with a track record in designing and facilitating cross-sectoral learning environments, especially in the fields of sustainable development and responsible innovation. With a BA in design and an MA in public policy, she's gather quite a bit of experience in building participatory and transdisciplinary processes to public challenges. Caroline initiated www.politicsfortomorrow.de, an initiative for human-centred design approaches in policy making; co-founded www.nextlearning.net, a non-profit association that supports societal transformation processes by fostering new learning environments and is a senior consultant of the German civil society research platform www.forschungswende.de, which promotes new models of governance in research and innovation politics.
