After working for ten years with multinationals and networks that are at the forefront of social change, Fabio co-founded Breathing Games.

Passionate about the capacities of teams to self-organize and about inner transformation, he has been exploring and implementing practices that favour collective wisdom: non-exclusive innovation, sustainable synergies, fair decision-making, transparent revenue redistribution.

Fabio holds a Masters of Advanced Studies in Human Systems Engineering (University of applied sciences Western Switzerland) as well as graduate degrees in Crisis Communications (Zurich University of applied sciences), Adult Education (Swiss Confederation) and Game Design (Montreal University). He is continuing his education with an interdisciplinary PhD at Concordia University in Montreal.

Fabio was awarded four innovation and health prices in Europe and Canada. He speaks English, French, German and Italian.
