Since JohnFMoore is not attending the finale Edgeryders event in Strasbourg, John, Lyne, Jacky and Michel got together to brainstorm, in preparation for the "We the people" breakout session of #Lote conference. One week before the event, they realize they have busy lives... They're doing their best to deliver some ideas about global opengov collaboration, but may be running out of time.
