Two years ago I set up my first social enterprise - Pracownia Miejska [Urban Workshop]. The goal was to help cities use all of the new tools to better engage with their local communities, make smarter choices and build happier neighbourhoods. So far, I've been on the verge of going bankrupt at least twice (feel free to ping me - I'll tell u all about the "why").
