I firmly believe that industrial society is a past concept, we are now in the knowledge society with its own "rules", as soon as we adapt much better.

I am also a clear advocate of the public sector, even in times of crisis, as the only possible answer to secure a decent welfare state for the whole society.

All in all I think the paradigm of open government is the solution, that is the way to govern cities, regions, countries that are involved citizenship at the time to think, design, implement and evaluate services public.

Concepts such as OpenGov, OpenData, Transparency, Public Sector, ICT ... are very common in my articles, presentations, etc..
