I have 13 years’ experience in local and international development (most notably youth development) as a facilitator, fact finding (empirical research), workshop design, project manager, researcher and monitoring and evaluations officer. My experience ranges from conceptualizing, designing, monitoring and evaluating projects to coordinating local and international projects with a focus on exploratory, creative participatory and collaborative methodologies as well as facilitating individual and collective expression. I am interested in research, projects and programmes which address and explore: cultural, collective or individual expression; community narratives and histories; urban ecology; community health; informal/non-formal education and; youth expression and worldviews using creative and participatory methodologies.
