poldo (my pet) is looking forward in this photo. I try to learn his good lessons since he's so wiser than me. my little daughter (one year old) will grew up having poldo as her trainer and she’ll be wiser than me.
I have been working over the past fifteen years as independent researcher in economics of culture field, believing that culture can give its contribution in spreading knowledge and, by this, in improving social atmosphere and democracy and, at last, contributing to happiness of people.
I’ve been working over participatory projects in museum fields and local development plans based on cultural activities and tourism.
I have a background as an art historian but I soon turned towards economics of culture when I realized that economics does not deal only with money but rather with knowledge exchange and civil growing.
What really interests me are public policies for new development paths based on creativity, art, culture and, more generally speaking, participation and social and share economics. I strongly believe that new more fair ecosystems are just there and have to be reached.
I’m a keen follower of young and indie musicians as well as small theatre companies and whenever I can, I try to give all my support to their success hosting house concerts and shows on the terrace of the flat where I live.
I’m also a good repairman since I love to give a second, third, fourth …. life (chance) to objects: nothing breaks, everything can be fixed.
