Hello, I’m Sandra Thompson and I’m an Emotional Intelligence coach, a lecturer in the topic, and a consultant in Customer Experience. I use coworking spaces and I am interested to work from anywhere in the next few years and I crave the presence of creative and intelligent communities. There is a variety of ‘coworking spaces’ close to where I live, but I have noticed that few have a ‘soul’ - many of them seem to transient and cliques often form. I would be interested in how diversity and belonging can be fostered in these spaces.
