We are a young group that rented a farm abandoned many years ago and with our manual shovels we started to work the Earth. From our neighbour who is breeding four cows, we collected the organic fertilizer that provided the earth with nutrients again. According to lunar cycles we then sow cucumbers, tomatoes, potatoes, etc, preferring fruits that we can preserve for the winter. We have reactivated an ancient aqueduct that supplied the farm, so today we feel really good in this healthy natural world. We are honoured to live together with nature; with little money we managed to get great results.
