Steadman is a global champion for the democratization of leader development. With twenty years of experience, he is an expert facilitator and designer with a successful track record in large-scale complex projects providing results that matter. As a key member of the Research Innovation and Product Development group, Steadman serves as an innovation catalyst to help design, deliver, and test new and sustainable models for leadership development that are inclusive, accessible, and affordable. He has supported interventions across all sectors with a special focus on government and non-government organizations. Steadman's experience as a senior faculty member spans the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. For the past eight years he has trained extensively across the continent of Africa after establishing CCL’s Social Sector Innovation Hub headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Steadman Harrison, M.A., is the General Director, EMEA Leadership Beyond Boundaries for the Center for Creative Leadership® (CCL®), a leadership training and research organization dedicated to helping organizations improve their effectiveness and competitiveness through people. In the past five years, the Center has begun to scale an initiative entitled, Leadership Beyond Boundaries, taking leadership development beyond the domain of senior level executives at large multinational corporations to people everywhere who play a role in enacting leadership. Recent initiatives have included a special focus on societal level change using leadership as a lever to address the world’s most challenging issues including poverty, peace, public health, economic development, nation building, and better elections.
