Freelance trainer and consultant from Belarus. I provide trainings and consultations to young people and organizations on project design and management, working with volunteers, creativity, organizational development. Member of NGO "Youth Education Center "Fialta". Have been coordinating a lot of projects and events in Belarus (from 2 months up to 3-year projects). The recent project is "Science within itself" (co-founder) in Fiata. We organise public lectures and workshops in order to promote science (435 people have taken part in face-to-face lectures and events from 2014 till now, and thousands of views of the lectures online).
I'm engaged in activism and civil society since 2000, and have a wide network of social initiatives, NGOs, state and commercial organisations who are active in social field in Belarus: social entrepreneurship, inclusion, youth work and other. Have worked with international organizations (UN agencies - UNDP, UNFPA) and organizations from EU and Eastern Europe and Caucasus a lot (within EU Youth in Action/Erasmus+ programme)
