On 22 September there is Car Free Sunday so team @reef-communitylife thought that this was an ideal opportunity to meet for a social event in Jette. We could meet at 1.30 PM, exact location and activity to be decided. Here are already a few ideas:
We could meet for lunch/picknick @Parc Baudouin, and those who have a game, could bring it to play in the park.
Another place where we could meet is MONA, which is an old monastery in Jette, next to Place Miroir, that is occupied by Toestand vzw. The calender of MONA is not online yet, but I will keep an eye on it.
Other ideas are also welcome.

it’s on Rue Herrewege, the whole street with the neighbors. i told Kim we are coming and she sais we are all welcome. it’s from 12 to 17. we can bring some stuff to eat and share. cheers
We are also be looking for a couple of volunteers who would be willing to organise a site visit for the people who will be joining the presentation tonight.
It would just be a matter of opening the gate and be present for about 30 minutes. Would anybody be willing to take this on?
Just a small recap for our social event on 22 September:
We will combine a site visit with the new exploring members (and other reeflings who wanna join) at 11:30 and around 12:15 we could meet at Square Amnesty International where the comité the quartier is organising a bbq. We could bring some food and drinks to share.

Just to remind you that our street bbq is planned on Sunday 22/09 between 12-17h. If anyone would feel like helping: we will be there as of 10h to prepare everything.
There will be some small things for kids to play with (badminton net etc).

Team R&O is going to send out a mail to people from the presentation that have since filled in the survey, to invite them to this. We’ll give them my phone number to coordinate for the site visit. @manuelpueyo - can we give them yours to coordinate for the bbq?
