We need something like an interactive governance map to help navigate complex decentralised organisations… whether they are a more formal structure or a liquid and emergent holacracy … humans need to navigate to find a space where they can be both fulfilled and productive. We owe this to each other if we are to avoid the ‘tyranny of structurelessness’.
